Friday, Oct 8 IM World Championships 2010 Kona Recap

Well it was another great day in Kona a day full of excietement and the weather was coorporating. The swim practice was busy and the water was great. Today was bike and bag check-in. The first wave started piling in at noon and checking lasted till 5:30 p.m. The Pro athletes came pretty early but drifted in throughout the day. Most were very gracious and posed

for pictures. Several of the pros even gave their time for interviews too. Check out the website for the pictures and interviews.

Along with the pros we got to witness some of our wonderful challenged athletes including Oz Sanchez and Trish Downing good luck to the CAF athletes.

Lastly but not least Scott Tinnelly came out to entertain us with his humor while he was waiting for Jeffrey Essakow to check in.

So as we wind up this pre-race day of excitement as we axtiously await tomorrows race. Good luck to everyone and stay tuned for more upates.
